Oaksterdam has been re-introduced to the nation!  Our small section of Oakland's uptown district, nick named Oaksterdam, was in newspapers from Oakland, CA to New York, NY, and even places like Missoula, MT.  The story was about Oaksterdam University, and it's class offerings to students.

For the last four months, Oaksterdam University has been offering education to students looking to get a job, patients wanting to grow their own, and entrepreneurs seeking knowledge of the Oaksterdam business model.  The real news is how one story from the AP, about events that excite the whole nation, can bring Oaksterdam right to your living room.

Today, Thursday, February 21 is the Measure Z committee meeting at 6pm.  It is in the City Council Chambers of Oakland's City Hall. The committee was apppointed by the City to design and implement a system so the City of Oakland can tax and regulate cannabis like alcohol ASAP...
