Oaksterdam celebrates the inauguration of Rebecca Kaplan to the Oakland City Council.  Rebecca Kaplan helped author Measure Z, and is a supporter of marijuana law reform -- come hear about her plans for the future of Oakland, including improvements to Oakland's MMJ policy and adult cannabis outlets (Measure Z).  Kaplan will help support a safe, sane, and compassionate vision of Oakland, and respect the voters who overwhelmingly passed both Proposition 215 and Measure Z.  Please do your part and help Kaplan finish paying her election bills.
