Oaksterdam University
Agroundbreaking trade school offering quality training for the cannabis industry. Our instructors have over 100 years of combined experience and are eager to spread their knowledge to you. Enrollment space is very limited and is determined by a first-come-first-served basis. Class seats fill quickly in advance, so don't delay! You must enroll in the Basic Package or Semester to begin at OU. Learn about all aspects of the cannabis industry to prepare yourself for activism or to work in one of the hundreds of medical cannabis dispensaries throughout California.
Oaksterdam/Beat4X Yahoo Group
Concerned about crime in Oaksterdam? The Oaksterdam/Beat4X Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council has its own Yahoo group. Only invited members may view and post to the group. How do you get invited? Attend a meeting, held every 2nd Wednesday of the month at Oakland City Hall, Hearing Room 3. Meetings start at 6pm.

Law Enforcement Against Prohibition
Founded on March 16, 2002, LEAP is made up of current and former members of the law enforcement and criminal justice communities who are speaking out about the failures of our existing drug policies. Those policies have failed, and continue to fail, to effectively address the problems of drug abuse, especially the problems of juvenile drug use, the problems of addiction, and the problems of crime caused by the existence of a criminal black market in drugs.
